Chapter 20 The Man Full Of Lies

"Enough!"

Emilia let out a cold laugh. "With what?

"What power do you have to make them pay?

"I really hate you now! I hate you so much! Other than bullsh*ting, what else do you know?

"You promised me that once you return, you will be able to ensure that I get a lifetime of happiness, but then, what?

"I am the only one who has suffered!

"Are you still trying to use these lies on me? This is ridiculous!"

A minute ago, she was indeed touched.

She thought that Oliver Walker had truly regretted it, but everything else that he said after that was getting more ridiculous. It was beyond absurd.

Who were her enemies?

Davis, who had banned her from society, was already one huge mountain that they could never overcome!

How would they be able to make these people pay?

Oliver Walker continued answering with a serious look on his face, "I'm not lying! As long as you stay, I will be able to promise you a lifetime of happiness!"

It was not a joke!

He wasn't in the mood for a joke!

These were his true feelings! He couldn't lie to himself.

He just wanted to give his daughter a complete family!

He was trying to hold onto the woman he loved before and now!

Emilia kept quiet, and it was as if she saw a never-before-seen determined look in his eyes.

As for Oliver Walker, he was waiting for an answer!

An answer that would allow him to give up everything else!

"Huh?"

Emilia let out a sarcastic laugh, "Do you even deserve it?

"Do you have the money for Olivia's treatment?

"As a man, you should be steady on both feet instead of having all these impossible dreams!"

Oliver Walker frowned, "Olivia's treatment has already been paid for. You don't have to worry about it!"

He had enough money for it!

Plus, he wasn't stating an impossible dream. No matter if it was Davis or any other company, he would be able to change the whole of Colorado with just one command.

Bakk –

Right at that moment, Emilia couldn't stand it any longer and gave him a huge slap across his cheeks. She gritted her teeth as she said, "You're right!

"Olivia's treatment has been paid for, but what does that have to do with you?"

She was the one who sold her body for a hundred thousand dollars!

Since when had she become so cheap?

She was the one who had sacrificed so much, but this man had the audacity to tell her in such a righteous tone that she didn't have to worry?!

This man who was full of lies was hopeless!

"I already paid for it!"

Oliver Walker did not hide from it, and he wasn't even angry.

"If it would make you feel better, you can do it a few more times!"

It wasn't that he had no temper!

It was because he understood Emilia's hatred toward him!

"You….."

Emilia bit her lips as she let out a sarcastic smile, "I don't want to argue with you, but how shameless can you be?

"The money has been paid, but were you the one who paid it?

"I will save Olivia on my own. I don't need you now!"

She was feeling even more disappointed.

pAn,Da-n0v e1,c This was because there was no sense of responsibility seen in Oliver Walker!

There was no one she could depend on.

She could only depend on herself!

This hopelessness was breaking her heart!

She was like a soulless body that sat by the corridor and leaned weakly against the wall.

She covered her face with both her hands. Emilia was unwilling for anyone else to see how broken she was now!

'Ringggggg...'

Just when Oliver Walker was about to explain himself, his phone rang and broke his train of thought. He took a deep breath before answering the call, "Speak!"

It was Aiden Wilson, the first god of war who called, which meant that they had an answer now!

"Master, we found the truth!"
