Conqueror

Inside one of the rooms in the barrack, Fendrel looked at Crelasha who was looking at him vigilantly. Well, you can't blame her. Because the aura radiating from Fendrel right now made her afraid, as though she was facing a demon that will eat him at any moment.

"Do you have any idea why you're here?" Fendrel opens his mouth.

"Isn't it to make my clan become slaves for you Dragonborns?" Crelasha pulls out her courage to look at Fendrel with gritted teeth.

"Hahaha, of course not." Frendrel give a laugh, which made Crelasha confused. Fendrel then proceeded in explaining what really happened.

After some time, Fendrel was done explaining, as for Crelasha she was in a daze.

"So you're saying you saved us...my clan?"

"Of course, I didn't save your clan for nothing." Fendrel said looking at him deeply.

Crelasha took a deep breath, of course, why would someone save them out of goodwill.

"What do you want then?" Crelasha said

"Become my soldiers, and fight for me." Fendrel said decisively, as though he won't take no for an answer.

Crelasha sigh helplessly if she declines, she's sure nothing good will happen to her and her clan.

"I accept... As long as you won't mistreat my clan, we will willingly become your sword!" Crelasha said " Crelasha said seriously. For monsters like them holding on to the thigh of someone powerful is not shameful at all. Except for some stubborn ones, like the lizardman Fendrel killed.

"Hahaha!! Of course, I will not treat my people badly." Fendrel was overjoyed. It's a lot easier than he thinks, I guess monsters were not that stubborn, Fendrel thought.

Fendrel then dismissed Crelasha, then proceeded to call the next chief. It was already afternoon when Fendrel was done. All of them accept to become his subordinate, he promised to avenge them, which they readily accepted. What the Dragonborns did make them angry. Sacrificing them like some kind of livestock, that's why these Dragonborns were chased out the mainland, they are cruel and merciless.

If not because of the Licans stopping them, there will be no monster race in this place. Because they will make all the creatures here their sacrifice for their god.

Fendrel then ordered Lavender to give all these monsters to live in. There's a lot of empty houses in the village since it's already a high village, the place is pretty big.

Fendrel was in a good mood while opening the door. However, his mood turned sour upon seeing someone waiting at him in the living room, smiling at him amiably.
