There was antecedent which was talking about a weak fatty experiencing the awkward moments in daily life, being a big eater, walking slowly, always panting for breath, occupying one and a half seats on the bus, and after the bitter experiences, finally, he made the decision to be fit.

There was a process where he experienced many kinds of self-torturing training. And also the struggle on his facial expression when he almost gave up. He had no idea how the shots were taken and with the addition of the high-quality background music, he was touched.

There was a data of weight and height which kept changing at the lower right corner of the video clip. It transmitted the feeling more directly. In between of the story, it added the shots which led to flashbacks and had had a continuous smooth flow which was able to absorb the audience.
