Chapter 27: Acting Cool Invisibly is the Most Fatal Killer
Chen B-Dog had no time to respond the overloaded pop-up comments. If he could not find a suitable place now, it would be dangerous.
In the jungle, the best place was to find a natural cave. However, it was not easy to find one within a short period. The sky was getting darker and darker. He had to switch on the night filming mode. Finally, before the sky was completely dark, he found an underground active spring at the mountain hollow. He stopped.

I need to make a fire immediately and set up the tent with the help of firelight.”

With every single cut, he chopped down some tree trunks and branches nearby. After that, he gathered some broken sticks and took the Carex Meyeriana from his pocket as kindling. “The kindling is very important. Do not use all at one time.”
He used the hunting knife to rub the flint. After few trials, he managed to start a small fire. The sticks were wet and it was not easy to get them ignited. He worried if the fire would die out accidentally. After burning for a while, the smoke density was quite high but managed to start the fire. Only then did he breathed a sigh of relief.
With two super sharp hunting knives which were able to cut stone, the task of building the kitchen stove with stones became very easy. He put up the water bottle and iron pot as it was always a good idea to boil the water first.
His vigilance never languished. While the water was boiling, he went to cut the thick tree trunks and built a simple triangle tent, using the tree sticks and dry leaves to cover the roof. It sheltered him from the sky directly. Then he personally went in and lied down for a test. It was quite funny for a 1.84 meters tall guy to be squeezed inside a tiny tent. He was embarrassed and said, “It is quite small… but never mind, it keeps me warm.”

Chen B-Dog did not check the messy pop-up comments and gave the explanation. “This is coal, a surface coal. It is almost total wet. Luckily, only the surface was wet. I will take some and dry it beside the fire. Perhaps I can use it tonight.”
He then placed some broken sticks and leaves inside the tent. Finally, the building was completed. He had no time to think about the dinner until now. Shifting some part of the bonfire, he made a grill rack, planning to use both stoves simultaneously.
Chen B-Dog chuckled and started to prepare the dishes.
“Hey friends, it is my favorite session again. At noon, I have hot stone grilled wild rabbit and stew wolf meat with mushroom. It was very delicious. Thanks to the harvest just now, I have more varieties of ingredients tonight. I plan to try preparing three dishes, which are, hot stone grilled rabbit with blueberry sauce; Flying Dragon, ginseng, and mushroom soup; as well as the Flying Dragon soup base hotpot. The main course will be potatoes.”
He just finished talking and the live broadcast room exploded.
“There is no justice, no law. I am eating fast food at home but Lord B-Dog is eating three meaty meals in the jungle!”
“Lord B-Dog, you are not here to survive, you are here to enjoy.”
“I will support Lord B-Dog forever. I always heard there are many abroad experts who can survive in the jungle. To my surprise, this local fiend is even better.”

He took the smallest, three-leaf ginseng and put it inside the soup. Under the night mode filming of Dog Egg, the audiences were able to view the night view almost similarly to daytime. They could see the soup was clear and the tender white dragon meat was moving up and down following the movement of boiling soup. When B-Dog put in the mushrooms and ginseng, it was really fascinating.
Then he took his only and precious seasoning, which was the salt, and put into the soup wisely.
While cooking soup, B-Dog added the wood into the fire. He also put the dried charcoal ball in and it caused the fire to become stronger. After a while, the aroma came out from the little black pot and couldn’t help making him drool. He made a pair of chopsticks from the tree branches and started eating.
Surprisingly B-Dog still had room to increase his popularity in his live broadcast room. The room’s administrator, Chen C-Dog, took the lead and said, “It started. Get ready to screenshot Lord B-Dog’s expression.”
“Hiss~!”
B-Dog couldn’t help to hiss once the meat entered his mouth. Firstly, the meat was too hot. Secondly, the meat was too delicious. His face was totally twisted, full of enjoyment. “It is extremely tasty. Now I know why Emperor Qianlong could not forget this dish.”
“It makes me feel the whole day’s tiredness is nothing because I have eaten this piece of meat. When the hot soup enters my stomach, it helps to get rid of the coldness of the winter. Wow, it is truly very delicious.”
