Chapter 19 19. Ancient Scriptures And Pawns. [1]

[The Royal academy of the capital city of Fluger kingdom]

A woman with a height of around six feet, wearing a pointy cone-like hat that looked like a witch, blue-black robes, reddish-orange hair, and sparkling amethyst eyes. Walking elegantly while holding a staff, her waist swayed like a swing from left to right, and her bust and her ass bounced with her each step.

Opening her cherry-red lips the woman sighed and suddenly stopped.

"Haaa…"

Her pointy hat which was like a witch also stopped swaying as she paused.

"Why..?"

A black shadow turned into a human figure and knelt in front of her.

"Your Majesty, our Lord, his majesty has summoned your majesty."

The black-clothed man said.

"…"

The woman's beautiful face twitched after hearing his words.

Her surroundings started to change as the temperature around her started increasing, and the black-clothed man started sweating.

Her eyes turned cold and she calmly replied.

"Bastard. I am not his woman and will not be in the future. Even if he is the King of this kingdom tell that asshole to jiggle his ass in front of the city, on the city square, and then I will think to meet him or not, much less marry him."

Her words were fierce.

"!"

The man wanted to run away as soon as possible.

But he was ordered to bring the woman with him, so he had no choice left so he just kept kneeling.

"Haa…"

She sighed again. Her day was once again ruined and she once again had to stain her hands with blood.

"Deliver my regards to your ancestors."

Her voice, from start to the end, remained the same, cold and indifferent. She did not shout, enraged, or argued.

"[Crimson Fire]"

The man did not even understand how but his body turned into ashes.

"Seven hundred and fifty. Congratulations you filthy Fluger."

Saying these words the woman once again started walking.

Entering a big room filled with various ancient artifacts, sculptures, and some unique arts she sat on her furry white chair.

Putting her hat aside, she tied her long reddish-orange hair in a ponytail.

Taking a mirror in her hand she looked at her beautiful appearance. Puckering her lips she tried to act cute.

Ting- Ting-

Hearing a ring sound she took out an artifact.

It was similar to the mirror she previously had.

"This disciple greets her master, your holiness."

She said with a stiff and fake smile.

"You didn't accept his offer, right?"

A feminine figure asked her.

"Indeed. I did not accept."

"Then, he will keep troubling you. Just make sure, you don't face the faith I did. Struggle till the very end."

The feminine figure sounded disappointed, yet, she gave her some advice.

"I will heed your advice. Your holiness."

The beauty replied with a monotonous voice to the figure in the mirror. Putting down the mirror, she looked outside the window which was behind her chair.

"Just when will I get a perfect partner…"

A face of a blonde man came into her mind. A gentleman and yet ruthless.

"Nah… he is just too naïve."

Shaking her head, she shook away those thoughts and got back to work.

She was Alice D'Arc

The headmistress of The Fluger Royal Academy.

"Seven hundred and fifty…"

A man sitting on a throne placed high above the ground, putting his elbow on the armrest and resting his face on his fist, looked down at the black-clothed figures with an indifferent look and said.

His face was not visible nor was his body as there was too little light inside the room.

"Your majesty, her majesty had killed a quarter and half of our brothers and sisters. We demand answers and compensation."

A man shouted with an angered voice.

Slash-

Thud-

"Call it seven hundred and fifty-one, from now onwards."

A head rolled over the ground, following with a thud sound.

Everyone present got angry and their blood started boiling.

They have had enough!

This man has been treating the infamous assassin moon shadow clan as if they were his mere cannon fodders.

It was a divine clan! For god's sake, they deserve some respect!

"Not enough huh?"

His voice dumbfounded many, and some more figures started falling in the next second.

Slash-

Thud-

"!"

Slash-

Thud-

A river of blood started flowing.

Looking at the incoming death, some of the figures tried to counter-attack, some tried to defend, some didn't even understand what was happening and some gave in and knelt immediately.

"If this goes on, instead of enemy it will be me who finishes your clan."

The man sitting on the high throne said with the same indifferent voice.

"Nine hundred huh? Fine. Albedo you can stop now."

A figure similar to others but much more fierce appeared out of thin air and knelt in front of the throne.

"So now, who would like to go and talk to that woman?"

A few of them shivered.

Their lives were doomed, no matter what.

All of the figures nodded their heads.

The man sitting on the throne also nodded his head in satisfaction.

"My Lord."

Tap- Plat-

Tap- Plat-

A person entered the room, walking in the river of blood, he came near the throne and bowed respectfully.

"My Lord, his highness, the supreme priest has summoned you."

Albedo wanted to torment the man in front of him for his arrogance.

How dare he enter the room, not keel, and call the king as My Lord? Outrageous!

But it was the truth that he cannot do anything about it.

He was the only disciple of the supreme priest, the one who contributes to the Kingdom's defense the most.

The barrier that saves the kingdom is created and run by the supreme priest.

"I will be there."

For the first time, the man got up from his throne.

Even inside the dark room, one can feel the smirk on the messenger's face.

He can make the king of the kingdom Fluger leave his seat and follow him.

It was not something that could happen every day.

Inside a white room, two figures were facing each other, however, their faces were not visible.

A figure clad in a king-like outfit and a large body was kneeling with its head down.

The room was white and even a small particle of light can make the white room spread light.

Sitting on a throne similar to if not greater and more majestic, a figure wearing golden white robes was tapping its fingers on the armrest.

"Ronald D' Fluger, how useless can you be?"

The figure sitting on the majestic throne made of gold, embedded with diamonds and expensive jewels, has two women fanning him spoke with an unamused voice.

"I told you to send "all of the children" to the demon strongholds. Then why you did not send the other three years."

The same person who was killing the moon shadow clan members like breaking toys was now sweating profoundly.

Why?

There was no Albedo here, and even if he was strong, the person in front of him was not only stronger than him but also was invincible inside this room.

"Useless."

The king had to act fast.

The man in front of him was simply impossible to deal with.

"W-we have a general idea!"

The previous cold and indifferent voice were now like a scared cat.

"Lies."

The man sitting on the throne frowned.

"Maybe it's time to change the pawn huh?"

Slash-

Thud-

A ray of light passed and…
